Liege-Bastogne-Liege 1946
The war torn roads of the L-B-L race course began to improve with famous Walloon climbs returning to the parcours of the race. The race returned to its pre-war race route.
Prosper Depredomme drove the pace of a 4 rider breakaway into Liege and launched a winning sprint for the Liege-Bastogne-Liege victory in 1946.
