The 27th edition of Liege-Bastogne-Liege was held on April 10, 1937.

A twelve-rider group formed in the closing kilometers into the finish.

In Liege, Belgian strongman Eloi Meulenberg (Alcyon) unleased his powerful sprint to beat 1935 Vuelta a Espana champion Gustave Deloor (Colin) and win the 1937 Liege-Bastogne-Liege.

SPECIAL NOTE: Later in 1937 Eloi Meulenberg went on to win the World Road Race Championship in Copenhagen, Denmark.
