The 37th edition of the Giro di Lombardia was held on October 19, 1941. Italy had entered World War 2 in 1940 but the race went on as scheduled.
Mario Ricci (Legnano) led 13 riders into the velodrome and sprinted to the victory ahead of Cino Cinelli (Bianchi).
