Marshall Randolf was one of the four, founding fathers of NEMRT. In the early days he was legendary for his aggressive riding and ability to sustain a breakaway. An exceptional all around athlete, Marshall not only excels at cycling but is a world class (master) cross-country skier. He has very high finishes in both the world cup of cycling as well as cross-country skiing. In 1985 he was winner of both the Baystate Games and District Criterium Championships. Unfortunately for NEMRT, Marshall took up rock climbing for his summer activity and moved away from the racing circuit. He will always be remembered as one of the best athletes ever in a NEMRT uniform.
