Cindy Joiner was part of NEMRT's push to expand the opportunities for master level women. She came to the team as one of the best all-round riders in New England, not just the master level women. Cindy raced to top finishes until a terrible crash at Marlboro that left Cindy to recover from a broken collarbone. Cindy's brief stay with NEMRT was filled with highlights and strong riding. She was a credit to women's master level racing.
