An accomplished marathoner and elite master triathlete, Frank decided to take out a USCF license and race for NEMRT in 1992. Competing in only a handful of USCF events (including Putney). He used the race/training experience to excel in the bike leg of the triathlon. Not only did he win three prestigious events that year but he also placed 7^th in the World Masters Triathlon Championship. Frank in his cycling phase finished in the top third at Putney. Frank is back training exclusively for the Triathlon. Some say, maybe it was that Spindle City Criterium crash that changed his mind about pack racing. Frank is a solid member of the hall of fame.
