Belloni Earns a Soggy Victory

In a pouring rain Gaetano Belloni outsprinted his 4 breakaway partners for the victory in the “Race of the Falling Leaves”. Great Italian champion Alfredo Binda finished second but was disqualified for an illegal wheel change.
