Most people will remember Ellen as a member of NEBC but she did spend a short time racing in the NEMRT colors. During her short stay with the team Ellen did collect an impressive second place finish in the 1992 District Road Race Championship. She was second to close friend and NEMRT teammate Jane Oliver. Her results went far beyond her days with NEMRT, if you checked her race results while racing for NEBC it would fill several page.
